📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct field visits to UMKM to assess their needs and provide tailored support.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance UMKM skills and knowledge.
Offer mentoring and guidance to UMKM owners, helping them navigate business challenges.
Facilitate access to digital platforms and resources to support UMKM growth and market reach.
Collaborate with local government and community leaders to create a supportive environment for UMKM.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of your initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with UMKM stakeholders to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Participate in community development projects and events to promote UMKM and economic growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, UMKM support, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of UMKM dynamics and challenges in the region.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Familiarity with digital platforms and tools that support UMKM growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing community needs.
