In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the company's financial health and providing valuable insights for decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies in collaboration with the CEO and other senior executives.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team to ensure the company's financial health.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the accounting and financial operations of The Nude Group, including payroll, tax compliance, and cash management.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of financial excellence and professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's financial operations are always aligned with industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing the accounting function of a dynamic organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop accounting teams.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
