📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field collections by visiting client locations to ensure timely and accurate payment collections
• Negotiate payment terms with clients to facilitate smooth and efficient collections
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business and repeat collections
• Document all collection activities and outcomes in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Provide regular reports to the financial team on collection activities and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with the financial team to develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collections or a related role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
