📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including OJK reporting requirements.
• Interpret and implement regulatory changes in collaboration with the legal team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding compliance matters.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to OJK.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance or regulatory reporting, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with regulatory reporting software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
