📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts.,Conduct regular audits of the warehouse to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven experience in managing inventory, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
