📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver effective training programs to employees.,Create training materials and resources to support learning and development.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply what they have learned in their roles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
