📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified applicants.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and labor laws.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
