📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales records and databases
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
  • Support in organizing sales meetings and events
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of sales administration and customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts is a plus
  • Indonesian language proficiency is required
