📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor information and appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.
• Provide information about the company and its services.
• Handle and manage mail and packages.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
