📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Manage employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
