📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to secure the best deals and services.,Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a fleet of vehicles.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
