📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer and direct guest inquiries, and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Assist with the coordination of guest transportation and tours.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
  • Assist with the preparation of daily reports and records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
