📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Willingness to work hybrid (office and field).,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
