📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic regional development plans that align with national and provincial goals.
• Oversee the coordination and execution of large-scale infrastructure and economic development projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of development specialists, ensuring high performance and project success.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local governments, businesses, and community leaders to drive regional growth.
• Monitor and report on project progress, financial performance, and key performance indicators.
• Leverage data analytics and GIS tools to inform decision-making and optimize development strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address regional challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in regional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Regional Planning, Urban Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regional development, infrastructure management, or a similar executive role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong understanding of regional development policies, economic strategies, and infrastructure planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with GIS software and data analytics tools.
• Certification in regional development or a related field is a plus.
