📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist with reservations and table arrangements.
• Manage the front desk, including check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a seamless dining experience by coordinating with the kitchen and other staff.
• Provide exceptional service that reflects the high standards of SALTLICK.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service software, such as Toast or Square.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for fine dining and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, including compliance with local labor laws.
