As a Freelance Fashion Merchandiser, you will be at the heart of our creative process, working closely with our talented Fashion Designers to source high-quality fabrics and accessories. Your mission is to ensure that every piece we create is not only stylish but also sustainable and ethically sourced.

In this role, you will spend your days scouting for the best materials and suppliers, negotiating deals, and managing inventory. You will work with our in-house team and external partners to bring our vision to life. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and negotiate with fabric and accessory suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Collaborate with Fashion Designers to understand material requirements and ensure they are met.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to the production team.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new suppliers.
• Assess and evaluate the quality of materials and suppliers to maintain our brand's standards.
• Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and supplier performance.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing practices and sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion merchandising, sourcing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using sourcing software such as Cenveo or Fashion Sourcer.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with ethical sourcing practices and sustainability initiatives.
• Ability to travel for supplier visits and trade shows.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
