As an E&I Assistant Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and operation of our WWTP project by providing comprehensive training to our field teams.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced E&I engineers and technicians to develop and deliver training programs that cover a wide range of topics, including electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions, both in the office and on-site, to equip our field teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks efficiently and safely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Conduct training sessions for field teams, both in the office and on-site.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide technical support to field teams during training sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the WWTP project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Certification in electrical and instrumentation systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
