Smart Hub Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Department Head to lead our team and drive our department towards success. We are a growing company in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and has a strong leadership skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department
  • Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance
  • Monitor department budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
  • Attend and participate in department meetings and conferences as needed
  • Communicate effectively with department staff, management, and other departments as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
