📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.,Plan and coordinate voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and cargo operations.,Maintain and monitor vessel performance, including engine, navigation, and communication systems.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide leadership and supervision to the vessel's crew.,Handle emergency situations and respond to maritime incidents.,Maintain accurate records and reports for regulatory and operational purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner's license (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English for communication and documentation purposes.,Knowledge of local and international maritime regulations.,Experience in cargo operations and vessel maintenance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of navigation systems and safety procedures.
