📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store, including stock control and inventory management.,Help customers with their shopping needs, providing information about products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in promoting sales and special offers to customers.,Support the Shop Assistant in training new employees.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and basic software applications.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
