📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing direct patient care.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.,Assist in administering medications as prescribed by the doctor.,Help with patient mobility and positioning.,Assist in preparing and maintaining a clean and organized patient room.,Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.,Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a nursing assistant or similar healthcare role.,Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.,Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent preferred.,Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
