In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen staff and ensuring smooth operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Assist in special event planning and execution.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
