📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs aligned with company objectives and employee needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training materials.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they achieve their training goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
