📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Promote a positive and safe work environment for both patients and staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a similar role.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.,Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
