📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.
  • Investigate and report on accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences.
  • Monitor and maintain safety equipment and facilities.
  • Work closely with management to ensure the safe operation of the resort.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that any deviations are reported and addressed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest safety trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Facilities Management and Engineering processes is a plus.
