In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor cash levels and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Report any discrepancies or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
