📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of goods and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record in leading procurement teams.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
