📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and local laws.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Monitor and control internal financial processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices to improve our financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
