📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in inventory management and stock control
• Work closely with the head chef and culinary team to ensure high standards of food quality and service
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment
• Support the service team by ensuring that food is prepared and served promptly
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your culinary skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or café
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
