Food Urban Sentosa is looking for a talented and passionate Junior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR department in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.,Support the HR department in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
