Spot Town Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the store's financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cash registers and ensure proper financial records are kept.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
